Eligible for Return:
- โItems in original condition with tags attached
- โUnworn and unwashed merchandise
- โItems with original packaging and accessories
- โWrong size or wrong item sent by us
- โDefective or damaged items
Not Eligible for Return:
- โItems without original tags or packaging
- โWorn, washed, or damaged items
- โCustom or personalized merchandise
- โItems returned after 7 days
- โItems damaged by misuse or normal wear
๐ Exchange Policy
Size Exchanges: If you need a different size, we offer free exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The replacement item must be available in stock.
Color/Design Exchanges: You can exchange for a different color or design of the same item, subject to availability and price difference (if applicable).
Exchange Process: Follow the same return process above, but specify "Exchange" in your request and mention the desired replacement item.
Exchange Shipping: We cover shipping costs for size exchanges and defective item exchanges. Customer pays shipping for preference-based exchanges.

Refund Timeframe: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
Partial Refunds: Items not in original condition may receive a partial refund based on the item's current condition.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of defective items or our shipping errors.

๐ก๏ธ Product Warranty
Manufacturing Defects: All our products are covered against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase.
What's Covered: Stitching defects, print quality issues, material defects, and hardware failures (zippers, buttons, etc.).
What's Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, washing damage due to improper care, or accidental damage.
Warranty Claims: Contact us with photos of the defect and your order number. Warranty replacements are processed at no cost to you.
