📦 Shipping Process

Processing
Your order is processed and prepared for shipping within 24 hours.
Dispatch
Your package is dispatched with tracking information sent via SMS and email.
Delivery
Your order arrives at your doorstep within the estimated timeframe.
⏰ Order Processing Time
Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 24 hours during business days (Sunday to Friday, except public holidays).
Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Custom Items: Personalized or custom merchandise may require 3-5 additional business days for processing.
📱 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your package using this number on our courier partner's website.
Tracking Updates: Your package status will be updated in real-time, including pickup, transit, and delivery confirmations.
Delivery Notification: You will receive a notification when your package is out for delivery and when it has been successfully delivered.

⚠️ Special Circumstances
Weather Delays: Severe weather conditions may cause delays in delivery times. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Festival Seasons: During major festivals (Dashain, Tihar, etc.), delivery times may be extended by 1-2 additional days.
Remote Areas: Some remote locations may require additional delivery time and coordination with local transport services.
Failed Delivery: If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, our courier will attempt redelivery. After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
